Contract de achiziție, transport, livrare și manipulare (descărcare) a 74 (șaptezecișipatru) cpl. cabină de pază, după cum urmează: • U.M. 01961 Otopeni = 12 cpl. • U.M. 01924 București = 3 cpl. • U.M. 01867 Mihai Bravu = 7 cpl. • U.M. 01802 Moara Vlăsiei = 2 cpl. • U.M. 01991Târgșor = 4 cpl. • U.M. 01910 Vernești = 4 cpl. • U.M. 01803 Călărași = 11 cpl. • U.M. 01801 Bacău = 8 cpl. • U.M. 01824 Cluj = 6 cpl. • U.M. 01969 Câmpia Turzii = 4 cpl. • U.M. 01930E Giarmata = 2 cpl. • U.M. 01912 Borcea = 7 cpl • U.M. 01782 Bucșani = 2 cpl. • U.M. 02208 Ghimpați = 2 cpl. VALOARE TOTALĂ ESTIMATĂ - 825.618,00 lei fără T.V.A., termen de livrare: maxim 60 de zile de la data semnării contractului. Deoarece depunerea ofertelor se va face prin mijloace electronice, în condițiile Legii 98/2016, în baza art.74 alin (1) și (4), cu modificările și completările ulterioare, perioada pentru depunerea ofertelor va fi redusă cu 5 zile, respectiv la 30 de zile între data transmiterii anunțului de participare spre publicare în Jurnalul Oficial al Uniunii Europene și data-limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet, la orice solicitare de clarificări sau informații suplimentare în termenul prevazut la art. 161 din Legea 98/2016, cu modifică- rile și completările ulterioare, respectiv cu 12 zile înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Număr zile până la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari este de 15 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor, conform art. 160 din Legea 98/2016 și art. 103 din H.G. 395/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Clarificările necesare pentru evaluarea fiecarei solicitări de participare/oferte din cadrul cap. IV. 4.1 ,,Modul de prezentare a propunerii tehnice” și cap. IV. 4.2 - ,,Modul de prezentare a propunerii financiare” din prezenta fișă de date, conform art. 134, alin.(1) din HG 395/2016 se vor solicita în conformitate cu art. 134, alin. (3) din HG 395/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitație.ro/pub).
