Description

Bitum rutier 50/70 pentru Sectia Productie -Acord cadru 2 ani Valoarea maxima estimată a acordului cadru pentru 2 ani: Valoarea maxima a acordului cadru este de 5.239.000,00 lei fara TVA Valoarea minima a acordului cadru este de 676.000,00 lei fara TVA. Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent 845.000,00 lei fara TVA Cantitatile minime si maxime ale acordului cadru si a contractelor subsecvente sunt conform anexelor de la Caietul de sarcini. Se vor incheia contracte subsecvente (min 1 - max 4) pe an in functie de fondurile alocate. Autoritatea contractanta isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica contractul potrivit art. 221 din Legea 98/2016, cu conditia ca aceste modificari sa nu se incadreze in prevederile art. 221 alin. 7 din Legea 98/2016, adica nu reprezinta o modificare substantiala. Clauze de revizuire cf. art. 221 alin. (1) lit. a) din Legea nr. 98/2016, care anticipează eventualele modificări ce pot interveni în derularea contractului sunt urmatoarele: 1. Părțile acordului cadru / Partile contractante; 2. Preţul unitar al produselor. Ajustarea prin actualizare a preturilor Acordului-cadru / Pretul contractului subsecvent - Ajustarea preturilor unitare; 3. Durata contractului 4. Subcontractanti.Terti 5. Modalitati de plata si recuperare a creanţelor 6. Inspecții/testari/verificari conform prevederii din acordul-cadru si contractul subsecvent -model. Prezentul acord -cadru nu reprezinta baza legala pentru angajarea fondurilor publice. In baza acestui acord-cadru se vor atribui contracte subsecvente care constituie temei legal pentru plata. Atribuirea contractelor subsecvente se va face in funcţie de necesităţile DRDP CLUJ. Numărul si durata contractelor se va stabili in funcţie de fondurile bugetare ce pot fi alocate cu aceasta destinaţie. Termene pentru depunerea/răspunsul la solicitările de clarificări/informații suplimentare: A.In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este de maxim 18 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. B. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 161 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificarile si competarile ulterioare, termenul limita pana la care autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarficare/informatiilor suplimentare este in a 11 a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. *Orice solicitare de clarificare transmisa dupa data mentionata la punctul A), va pune autoritatea contractanta in imposibilitatea de a oferi un raspuns in termenul mentionat la punctul B) si drept urmare orice solicitare de clarificare in termenele mentionate se va considera tardiva. Se doreste achizitia de bitum rutier 50/70 cu transport inclus pe raza drumurilor nationale aflate in administrarea DRDP Cluj. Frecvența și valoarea contractelor subsecvente care urmează șă fie atribuite: minim 1 contract subsecvent pe an și maxim 4 pe an. Cantitățile minime și maxime aferente acordului cadru cât și cantitățile estimate minime și maxime aferente unui contract subsecvent se regasesc ca anexe la documentația de atribuire / caiet de sarcini.
