Achiziţie Bitum tip D 50-70 : 975 tone Valoarea estimată fără TVA: intre 3.022.500 lei fara TVA si 4.030.000 lei fara TVA Valoarea minimă a intervalului reprezintă valoarea estimată, pana la 31.12.2025 a prezentei proceduri (în funcţie de care se vor elabora şi evalua ofertele), iar valoarea maximă reprezintă valoarea estimată ce conţine şi valoarea posibilelor suplimentăr pana la cantitatea de 1300 tone, pentru care contractul se poate prelungi cu 4 luni, prin act adiţional, in conformitate cu art.165 din H.G.395/ 2016, fără a se modifica conditiile contractuale initiale, respectiv pana in data de 30.04.2026. Oferta financiara depusa de catre ofertantul, al carei pret depaseste valoarea estimata3.022.500 lei fara TVA, va fi declarata inacceptabila . Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari in a 11 a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
