Description

Se vor achizitiona 550 de tone de bitum fierbinte pentru drumuri tip D50/70, conform prescriptiilor tehnice in vigoare. Durata contractului este de pana la 31.12.2025, cu posibilitatea de prelungire cu pana la maxim 4 luni si/sau suplimentarea cantitatii de produse cu pana la maxim 10% din valoarea contractului fara TVA. Suplimentarile sunt conditionate de existenta resurselor financiare alocate cu aceasta destinatie. Valoarea estimata este exprimata sub forma de interval 1.650.000-1.815.000 lei fara TVA. Valoarea inferioara a intervalului de 1.650.000 lei fara TVA reprezinta valoarea la care se vor raporta si evalua ofertele, fiind valoarea totala a contractului fara eventualele suplimentari. Va exista posibilitatea prelungirii contractului cu pana la maxim 4 luni si/sau suplimentarii cantitatii de produse cu pana la maxim 10% din valoarea contractului fara TVA, respectiv 165.000 lei fara TVA, rezultand valoarea superioada a intervalului de 1.815.000 lei fara TVA, care reprezinta valoarea totala a contractului plus suplimentari.
