În vederea dezvoltării activității de transport urban si interurban, precum și pentru creșterea veniturilor proprii ale societății, se propune achiziția a 2 autocare noi prin leasing financiar pe o perioadă de 60 luni. Flota actuală nu acoperă în mod optim segmentul de transport ocazional și curse speciale. Achiziția a 2 autocare moderne va permite extinderea serviciilor oferite, creșterea gradului de utilizare a resurselor și consolidarea imaginii societății Loctrans. Acestea vor contribui la îmbunătățirea logisticii de transport, asigurând în același timp confortul și siguranța pasagerilor, precum și la optimizarea resurselor financiare ale societății pe termen lung. Astfel, autocarele vor susține activitățile curente și viitoare ale societății. Obiectul achiziției îl reprezintă achiziția a doua Autocare M3 Clasa III prin leasing financiar. Această achiziție este esențială pentru desfășurarea în condiții optime a activităților sportive, în special deplasările echipelor la competiții, antrenamente și alte evenimente sportive organizate atât la nivel național, cât și internațional. Nota: Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor - 20 zile. In masura in care solicitarile de clarificari solicitate in termenul precizat, termenul de raspuns al autoritatii contractante la aceste solicitari este de 15 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor.
