Description

Funizarea de autobuze electrice noi, cu acționare complet electrică si înmagazinarea energiei electrice in baterii, destinate transportului public de călători pe raza Orașului Chitila precum si a stațiilor de încărcare a bateriilor ce vor fi instalate la locurile de parcare a acestor autobuze. Autobuzele electrice și stațiile de încărcare aferente vor fi achiziționate de către Orasul Chitila, in cadrul urmatoarelor proiecte finantate prin Planul Național de Redresare și Reziliență: 1. Achiziția de autobuze nepoluante pentru transport public, cod proiect C10-I1.1-137, contract de finantare nr. 135450/29.11.2022. 2. Achiziția de autobuze nepoluante pentru transport public - lot 2, cod proiect C10-I1.1-639, contract de finantare nr. 19962/16.02.2023. Orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legătură cu documentația de atribuire. În măsura în care solicitările de clarificare sunt primite cu cel puțin 18 zile înainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor, autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor acestor solicitări de clarificare în a 11-a zi înainte de termenul stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor Achizitia a 21 autobuze electrice (10 m) și a 29 de stații de încărcare autobuze electrice (din care 21 stații încărcare lentă si 8 stații de încărcare rapidă) conform specificatiilor tehnice din Caietul de sarcini. Autobuzele electrice și stațiile de încărcare vor deservi transportul public de călători. Autobuzele electrice vor fi de tip solo (nearticulate), cu podea complet coborata, fara a avea trepte pe toata suprafata autobuzului, facilitati pentru accesul nelimitat al persoanelor cu mobilitate redusa (rampa-kneeling), fara etaj, caroserie CE, destinate transportului urban de calatori conform Directivei cadru 2007/46/CE de stabilire a unui cadru pentru omologarea autovehiculelor si remorcilor acestora, precum si a sistemelor, componentelor si unitatilor tehnice separate destinate vehiculelor respective, Directivei 2009/33/CE privind promovarea vehiculelor de transport rutier nepoluante si eficiente din punct de vedere energetic, Legea serviciilor de transport public local nr. 92/2007, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare.
