Achiziționarea de echipamente sportive pentru hochei pe gheață pentru SPORT CLUB Miercurea Ciuc. (Lot 1 - 2) are ca obiectivul general al prezentei proceduri de achiziție îl constituie asigurarea de echipament sportiv și bunuri materiale resort hochei pe gheață la nivelul corespunzător competițiilor organizate. Obiectivul specific al acestei achiziții este asigurarea de echipament sportiv și bunuri materiale resort hochei pe gheață necesare pentru buna desfășurare a activităților sportivilor din cadrul Sport Club Miercurea Ciuc. Se va încheia un acord-cadru pe o perioadă de 8 luni de la semnarea acestuia de ambele părți. Incheierea unui acord-cadru de furnizare echipamente și bunuri materiale - Lotul 1, pe o perioada de 8 luni, cu o valoare estimata a contractului subsecvent cu cea mai mare valoare de 919.365,00 lei fara TVA si valoarea estimata acord-cadru de 1.304.682,00 lei fara TVA. Cantitatea minimă a contractului subsecvent este de 1 bucata, iar cantitatea maximă a contractului subsecvent este de 5.274 bucata din echipamentele de hochei. Incheierea unui acord-cadru de furnizare produse pentru articole sportive specifice - Lotul 2, pe o perioada de 8 luni, cu o valoare estimata a contractului subsecvent cu cea mai mare valoare de 250.000,00 lei fara TVA si valoarea estimata acord-cadru de 383.369,00 lei fara TVA. Cantitatea minimă a contractului subsecvent este de 1 bucata, iar cantitatea maximă a contractului subsecvent este de 358 bucata din articolele specifice. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare, a informatiilor suplimentare in a 12-a zi inainte de termenul limita stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. Termenul limita pana la care operatorii economici pot transmite solicitarile de clarificari/informatii suplimentare, este de 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor.
