Description

Produsele ce fac obiectul achizitiei vor fi folosite în intervențiile salvatorilor minieri. Acestea permit desfășurarea unor acțiuni rapide și eficiente a echipelor de salvatori minieri în eventualitatea unor incidente nedorite, majore în subteran, în medii potențial explozive cu acumulări de gaze. Cantități: - 60 bucăți aparate de protecție a respirației cu circuit închis cu oxigen comprimat, complet echipate în vederea funcționării corespunzătoare; - 6 bucăți echipamente de testare și verificare a circuitului închis pentru aparatele de protecție a respirației cu circuit închis pe bază de oxigen comprimat; - piese de schimb pentru aparate de protecție a respirației cu circuit închis cu oxigen comprimat (reperele si cantitățile pe fiecare reper sunt precizate în caietul de sarcini); - piese consumabile (reperele si cantitatile sunt precizate in caietul de sarcini). Descrierea detaliată - în caietul de sarcini nr. DG 2504/21.03.2025. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor este de 10 zile. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari sau informatiilor suplimentare in a 6-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Entitatea contractantă va raspunde doar la solicitările de clarificari adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul limită stabilit. Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/pub ). Termenele limită de primire a solicitărilor de clarificări, respectiv de transmitere a răspunsului entitatii contractante au fost astfel calculate astfel încât operatorii economici sa beneficieze de cele 5 zile prevăzute de art. 173 din Legea nr.99/2016 cu modificările și completările ulterioare.
