- amenajarea spaţiului existent respectiv furnizare, instalare, punere în funcţiune, instruire personalul şi service în perioada de garanţie pentru: accelerator liniar medical si sistem de brahiterapie hdr, ir-192 si aparatura dozimetrica si sistem de imobilizare (fixare) a pacientului - prestarea de full-service post-garanţie în condiţiile prevăzute în caietul de sarcini pentru 8 ani după expirarea perioadei de garanţie, pe baza comenzii autorităţii contractante; - termenul pana la care se pot solicita clarificari este de 20 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor urmand ca autoritatea contractanta sa raspunda consolidat tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari/informatii suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor; - accelerator liniar medical şi sistem de brahiterapie HDR, IR-192, 1 bucata, valoare estimata 19519725,08 lei fara TVA; - aparatură dozimetrică şi sistem de imobilizare (fixare) a pacientului , 1 bucata, valoare estimata 2237930,26 lei fara TVA; - amenajarea spaţiului existent, valoare estimata 1243294,59 lei fara TVA; - service post-garanţie, 8 ani (96 de luni), valoare estimata 100000 lei fara TVA/luna;
