Achizitia de Servicii de proiectare, achizitie si montare sistem automat de monitorizare continua a emisilor in aer, pentru cazanele nr. 5 si 6, 2 x 34,8 MW, din CTZ Casa Presei este necesara pentru conformarea cu reglementarile europene si nationale privind protectia mediului. Termene pentru depunerea/răspunsul la solicitările de clarificări/informații suplimentare: A. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 172 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 99/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, termenul limită până la care orice operator economic interesat are dreptul de a solicita clarificări sau informații suplimentare în legatura cu documentația de atribuire este de 20 de zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. B. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 172 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 99/2016, cu modificările și completările ulterioare, entitatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar și complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarficare/informațiilor suplimentare în a 12 - a zi dinainte de termenul limită stabilit pentru depunerea ofertelor. C. În conformitate cu prevederile art. 29 alin. (3) din HG nr. 394/2016, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, entitatea contractantă menţionează că va răspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit.
