Description

Obiectul procedurii de achiziţie publica îl constituie achizitia de medicamente PN HIV- conform solicitarii Compartimentului HIV din cadrul SJUR. Aceste produse sunt necesare pentru desfasurarea in bune conditii a activitatii medicale specifice Spitalului Judetean de Urgenta. Medicamentele au fost cuprinse in proceduri de licitatie anterioare si acordurile cadru expira in mai 2023 Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 20 zile. Data limita de transmitere a raspunsului la solicitarile de clarificari: cu 11 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor specificata in anuntul de participare.(Conform art.160 alin.2 si art.161 din Legea 98/2016 modificate prin OUG 107/2017). conform caiet de sarcini
