Acord-cadru de achizitie publică de dezinfectanti divizat pe 5 loturi, valabil 24 luni, conform caiet de sarcini si anexa la caietul de sarcini. Nota: Conform prevederilor O.U.G. 107/ 2017 Autoritatea Contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/ informatiilor suplimentare in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile. Cantitate minima-maxima acord cadru= 12,000-24,000 litri. Valoarea minima - maxima estimata acord-cadru, lei fara TVA/ lot= 300,000.00-600,000.00 lei. Cantitate minima - maxima contract subsecvent = 1000-3000 litri.
