Description

Furnizare de diverse alimente conform specificatiilor din caietul de sarcini, pe loturi. Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 13 zile lucrătoare ( 24 de zile calendaristice) Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari / informatiilor suplimentare in a 10-a zi lucrătoare ( 21 zile calendaristice) inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor Se va încheia un acord-cadru avănd două contracte subsecvente.Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia in functie de solicitarile si de fondurile alocate. Contractele subsecvente vor fi incheiate cu ofertantul clasat pe primul loc. In cazul in care acesta nu mai dorește să încheie aceste contracte Autoritatea/ entitatea contractantă va încheia contractele subsecvente cu ofertantul de pe locul 2 ( dacă există). Cantitatea: minim 17.115,00 kg - maxim 51.345,00 kg; Cantitate: minim 10.996,00 kg - maxim 64.074,00kg ; minim 10.944,00 buc - maxim 32.832,00 buc ;; Cantități: minim 34.414,00 kg - maxim 103.242,00 kg; minim 5.286,00 buc - maxim 15.858,00 buc; Cantitate: minim 18.630,20 kg - maxim 137.154,60 kg; minim 28.428,00 buc- maxim 85.284,00 buc .
