Description

Obiectivul general al acordului-cadru îl constituie furnizarea de ,,ALIMENTE ȘI PRODUSE ALIMENTARE’’, necesare pentru aprovizionarea cantinei - restaurant Moxa și a cantinei - restaurant Cihoschi. Prin intermediul cantinei - restaurant Moxa și a cantinei - restaurant Cihoschi, Autoritatea Contractantă oferă studenților săi, cât și personalului ce își desfășoară activitatea în cadrul instituției, posibilitatea de a avea acces la o masă diversificată, sănătoasă dar și avantajoasă din punct de vedere al prețului, prin încheierea unui acord-cardru contract, cu un (1) operator economic, pe o perioadă de 48 de luni. Termenul limită până la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificări sau informaţii suplimentare în legătură cu documentaţia de atribuire este de 18 zile înainte de data limită de depunere a ofertelor. Autoritatea contractantă va răspunde în mod clar şi complet tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări : în a 12-a zi înainte de termenul limită stabilit în Anunţul de participare pentru depunerea ofertelor.
