Obiectul achizitiei il constituie furnizarea alimente de baza si conserve si produse conservate. AC va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare cu cel putin 10 zile inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 15 zile. Cantitatile minime si maxime conform Caietului de sarcini. Valoare minima acord cadru: 43.195,12 lei fara TVA Valoare maxima acord cadru: 1.040.778,82 lei fara TVA Valoarea celui mai mare contract subsecvent: 520.389,41 lei fara TVA; Cantitatile minime si maxime conform Caietului de sarcini.
