Acord-cadru pentru furnizare produse alimentare, bauturi, tutun si produse conexe. Autoritatea contractanta, va raspunde clar si complet la toate solicitarile de clarificari precum si la toate solicitarile de informatii suplimentare necesare pentru intocmirea ofertelor, cel mai tarziu in a 11-a zi inainte de termenul de depunere a ofertelor Orice solicitare de clarificări trebuie transmisă în SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Notă : Precizăm că, în cazul în care procedura este selectată pentru controlul ex-ante al Agenție Naționale pentru Achiziții Publice (ANAP) conform OUG nr. 98/2017 cu modificările și completările ulterioare, autoritatea/entitatea contractantă inițiatoare a procedurii de atribuire va pune la dispoziția persoanelor împuternicite de ANAP (prin decizia de verificare) răspunsurile consolidate la solicitările de clarificări înainte de a le încărca și publica în SEAP cu cel puțin 4 zile anterior termenului sau, după caz, termenelor de răspuns stabilite în anunțul de participare. Ofertele vor fi intocmite pe baza informatiilor din documentatia de atribuire care cuprinde inclusiv raspunsurile la solicitarile de clarificari si Amendamentele emise de autoritatea contractanta. Obiectul achizitiei este reprezentat de furnizarea/cumpararea de produse alimentare (alimente). Detaliii complete despre produsele solicitate se regasesc in Caietul de sarcini - Cantitatea estimata de produse aferente fiecarui lot, se regaseste in Caietul de sarcini.
