Description

Furnizare unei aeronave de lansari parasutisti, cu specificațiile tehnice din caietul de sarcini. Produsul, pregătit pentru zbor, va fi livrat la un Aerodrom al Aeroclubului României, recepția produsului se va realiza in locații ce vor fi agreate de ambele părți, pe cheltuiala furnizorului, în termen de 3 luni de la încheierea contractului, dar nu mai tarziu de 20.11.2025. Autoritatea contractantă va achita prețul contractului din fonduri proprii ale instituției, in termen de maxim 30 de zile calendaristice de la primirii facturii insotita de receptia avionului, fara obligatiuni. Număr zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificări înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor: 18 zile Autoritatea contractanta va răspunde tuturor solicitărilor de clarificări in a 11-a zi înainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Aeroclubul României este unitate de pregătire si perfecționare a personalului aeronautic civil, precum si structura sportiva de performanta cu profil aeronautic. In scopul dezvoltării activității si in vederea creșterii nivelului de pregătire a personalului propriu, Aeroclubul României va achiziționa un avion de lansari parasutisti având următoarele caracteristici principale: - 8 locuri, postari de pilotaj alaturate, tren de aterizare cu roata de bot; - monomotor echipat cu motor de minim 275 cai putere la 2500 rpm cu utilizeaza combustibil AVGAZ 100LL, - trebuie sa detina certificat de tip EASA pentru avionul respectiv; -numar de ore de zbor maxim 2000 ore si vechime maxim 15 ani; -factor de sarcina minim+4/-2 g; -cu certificat de tip EASA;
