Obiectul achizitiei - achizitia de MATERIALE SANITARE - CONSUMABILE PENTRU ANGIOGRAFIE/ANGIOPLASTIE (126 de loturi) Acord cadru fara reluarea competitiei, cu maxim 3 operatori, cu durata de 48 de luni de la data incheierii. Valoarea estimată fără TVA: intervalul: între 242.940,00 lei si 40.887.500,00 lei Contractele subsecvente se vor incheia in functie de necesitatile si fondurile disponibile ale autoritatii contractante, aproximativ o data la 3 luni, 6 luni, 9 luni sau 12 luni. Autoritatea contractanta a ales ca modalitate de atribuire acordul cadru, deoarece intentioneaza sa achizitioneze produse cu caracter de repetabilitate, respectiv materiale sanitare, in functie de necesitatile si disponibilitatile financiare ale autoritatii contractante. (la momentul demararii prezentei proceduri, nu poate fi stabilita cu exactitate cantitatea necesara pentru fiecare lot in parte, intrucat, avand in vedere specificul activitatii autoritatii contractante, aceste cantitati variaza in functie de numarul pacientilor, de tipul afectiunilor pentru care acestia sunt tratati, etc.). Numar zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor/candidaturilor: 18 zile. Data limita de transmitere a raspunsului la solicitarile de clarificari: in a 11-a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor specificata in anuntul de participare. (Conform art.160 alin.2 si art.161 din Legea 98/2016 modificate prin OUG 107/2017). Cant min si max a acordului cadru, este specificata in caietul de sarcini, al prezentei documentatii.
