ROKS TP7: Lot Turbine

The tender covers a complete overhaul of the top-up turbine of the Ova Spin peak storage power plant, part of the ROKS TP7 project. The machine is a horizontal Francis turbine by Bell, commissioned in 1968 with 0.9 m3/s flow, a 57.64 m head, 500 kW output and 750 rpm. Work includes a total turbine overhaul with complete renewal of the corrosion protection, use of the existing spare runner and spare guide vanes plus other available spare parts, removal and disposal of PCB-containing coatings, a possibly new bearing oil heat exchanger for the turbine guide bearing, and replacement of the old instrumentation. The generator is overhauled under a separate lot.
