Trauma Informed Professional Learning Programme

Dysgu is procuring a professional learning partner to develop and deliver a national programme on Relational Practice (Trauma Informed) on its behalf. The scope covers programme design, programme delivery, resource development and stakeholder engagement, supporting practitioners across Wales to embed trauma-informed, relationship-centred approaches in their settings and organisations. The work responds to the importance of relational and trauma-informed practice in improving outcomes for children and young people, especially those who have experienced adversity, trauma, exclusion or disadvantage. The programme, supported by Welsh Government, aims to give practitioners a shared understanding, common language and practical approaches for safer, more inclusive and more effective learning environments.
