В предмета на поръчката се включва изпълнението на всички строително-монтажни работи по одобрения технически инвестиционен проект и приложената количествена сметка за рехабилитация и реконструкция на общински път SLS 2003 в участъка от км 0+000 (връзка с републикански път III-207 в началото на с. Алеково) до км 3+150 (кръстовище за с. Кутловица) с обща дължина 3 150 m и проектен габарит 5,50/7,50 m, а именно: временни работи - поставяне и поддържане на временна пътна сигнализация по одобрения проект за временна организация и безопасност на движението; земни и подготвителни работи - разчистване на строителната площадка, почистване на съществуващата настилка, изсичане на храсти и млада гора, изкоп за оформяне на банкетите, за уширения и локални ремонти и за почистване на необлицованите окопи, разваляне на трошенокаменна настилка, технологично фрезоване и разкъртване на асфалтобетонова настилка; пътни работи - доставка и полагане на трошенокаменна настилка фракция 0-40 mm за основен пласт при локалните ремонти и уширенията и за стабилизиране на банкетите; асфалтови работи - изкърпване на основата с неплътен асфалтобетон, първи и втори битумен разлив, полагане на неплътен асфалтобетон (биндер) за изравнителен и долен пласт с дебелина мин. 4 cm и на плътен асфалтобетон тип „А” за износващ пласт с дебелина 4 cm; пътна маркировка и сигнализация - хоризонтална маркировка от боя с перли, доставка и монтаж на стандартни и нестандартни рефлектиращи пътни знаци със стойки. Подробното описание на видовете и количествата работи се съдържа в Техническата спецификация, инвестиционния проект и количествената сметка. За изпълнение на строежа са одобрени инвестиционни проекти по следните проектни части: „Пътна”, „Геодезия”, „Временна организация и безопасност на движението” (ВОБД), „Организация на движението” (ОД), „Пожарна безопасност”, ПБЗ и ПУСО, и е издадено Разрешение за строеж № 8 от 07.06.2024 г. на главния архитект на Община Алфатар. Строежът е трета категория съгласно чл. 137, ал. 1, т. 3, букви „а” и „ж” от ЗУТ.
