Predmetom obstarávania sú stavebné práce na revitalizácií existujúcich priestorov s uplatnením ekologických princípov tvorby a ochrany zelene. Priestor sa nachádza v okolí miestnej komunikácie 9. mája (vnútroblok), z južnej strany je ohraničený ulicou Štúrova (vnútroblok) a zo západnej strany oplotením Spojenej školy Mierová. Rozloha cca 9 500 m2 . Cieľom mesta je výmena betónových tvárnic, asfaltových plôch za priepustné povrchy, revitalizácie zelene, mestského mobiliáru a vybudovanie ihriska. Návrh reflektuje na projekt Rekonšrukcia časti ulice 9. mája- vnútroblok + výstavba nových parkovacích státi od spoločnosti PROKOM, ktorý revitalizuje cestu 9. mája a navrhuje rozvoj parkovacích plôch a rozšírenie cesty 9. mája, ráta s jej dostavbou v ďalšej etape. V návrhu sa vytvára priestor na budúcu možnú realizáciu týchto novonavrhovaných spevnených plôch. Návrh daného územia takisto reflektuje na výšľapy, ktoré sa nachádzajú v území teda prirodzený pohyb osôb. Bližšie info v súťažných podkladoch a projektovej dokumentácii.
