Roof reconstruction of the Faculty of Law building of Trnava University, Kollarova 10, Trnava

The works involve the complete reconstruction of the flat roofs over the left and right wings of the Faculty of Law building of Trnava University at Kollarova 10, Trnava. The existing PVC membrane is damaged in many places, with the reinforcing mesh visible and some roof anchoring torn out. The works include removal of the existing coating and board formwork, removal of bird droppings, installation of 180 mm PIR insulation boards with aluminium facing on both sides, new formwork and new roof layers, plus sheet metal structures, lightning protection, ventilation chimneys and cleaned roof drains fitted with debris guards. Full scope is defined in the bill of quantities and the notification project.
