Predmetom zákazky je revitalizácia cisárskeho barokového objektu Kopčany - žrebčín. Revitalizácia nádvoria cisárskeho barokového objektu Žrebčín - Kopčany je plánovaná na území, ktorá sa nachádza v obci Kopčany. Celé nádvorie historicky slúžilo ako jazdiareň na prípravu a trénovanie koní. Projekt rieši využitie cca polovice nádvoria opäť ako jazdiareň. Druhú polovicu plochy nádvoria pred kaštielikom rieši ako zelené plochy a spevnené mlátové komunikácie. Územie je zastavané funkčným objektom bývalého barokového žrebčína z čias Márie Terézie. Založený bol v roku 1736 v súčasnosti je zapísaný ako NKP. Okolité pozemky sú z časti zastavané s vyčistenými plochami po odstránení rozpadnutých poľnohospodárskych objektov. Dopravne je hospodársky areál komunikačne napojený na cestnú sieť obce Kopčany po Kollárovej ul. a na Bratislavskú ul. ktorá tvorí hlavnú komunikáciu Kúty - Holíč. Zaťaženie prístupovej komunikácie je vysoké vzhľadom na v blízkosti stojacu čerpaciu stanicu. Predmetom zákazky je revitalizácia Jazdiarne a revitalizácia vodovodných prípojok so šachtou a odvedenie vody, plochy zelene a automatická povrchová závlaha.
