Description

Le projet consiste en un réaménagement complet de la place Vignettaz-Daler. Dans le cadre de ce même projet, des travaux de génie civil seront réalisés en parallèle et seront étroitement liée au travaux du présent marché. Une coordination entre les différents intervenant devra avoir lieu et doit être considéré dans le présent marché. Les travaux de génie civil font l’objet d’un appel d’offre séparé. Les travaux prévoient une désimperméabilisation massive des sols, convertissant les deux tiers des surfaces minérales en zones végétalisées, notamment par la suppression du parking actuel au profit d'une pelouse polyvalente et d'une place de jeux pour enfants. Le patrimoine végétal existant sera préservé et complété par la plantation de 17 nouveaux arbres et de strates arbustives et herbacées. Les aménagements incluent également la plantation de massifs végétaux en bordure de chaussée.
