Conform caietului de sarcini anexat, cu 18 poziții, pentru etajul tehnic - depozitul de haine ale pacienților: desfacerea tencuielilor și pardoselilor; demontarea tâmplăriei din lemn; demolarea locală a zidăriei la ușă; grunduirea, tencuirea și finisarea pereților, tavanelor și glafurilor; executarea stratului suport și a pardoselilor din gresie ceramică; montarea ușii din PVC; confecționarea grilajului metalic la ușa de intrare; vopsitorii interioare și vopsirea conductelor. Cantitățile și normele de lucrări sunt cele prevăzute în caietul de sarcini. Schița tâmplăriei anexată servește ca model de referință; mărcile indicate se vor considera „sau echivalent”. Dimensiunile se vor verifica la amplasament, cu respectarea cantităților din caietul de sarcini. Se recomandă examinarea amplasamentului înainte de ofertare. Prețul ofertat va include toate cheltuielile necesare executării complete a lucrărilor.
