Fife Council wishes to enter into a contract with a service provider, to deliver a Relationship Support Service, within predominantly the Central Fife area, to reduce the number of homelessness presentations related to non- violent relationship breakdown. The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
