„Реконструкция на вътрешната водопроводна мрежа в гр. Бяла Слатина“ по две обособени позиции: Обособена позиция №1: „Реконструкция на част от вътрешната водопроводна мрежа в град Бяла Слатина “; Обособена позиция №2 „Реконструкция на вътрешната водопроводна мрежа в южната част на гр. Бяла Слатина“; Характеристики на обекта: Обектът представлява строеж от IV група, II категория*, съгласно чл. 137, ал. 1, т. 2, б. „б“ от ЗУТ във вр. с чл. 4, ал. 2, т. 2 от Наредба № 1/2003г. за номенклатурата на видовете строежи. Задачите и дейностите по настоящата обществена поръчка са описани подробно в част „Техническа спецификация“ от документацията по настоящата обществена поръчка за всяка обособена позиция поотделно. Изпълнителят ще осъществява възложените му дейности съгласно изискванията на Закона за устройство на територията (ЗУТ) и подзаконовите нормативни актове по прилагането му.
