Description

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky jsou stavební práce - rekonstrukce a změna dokončené stavby objektu obecního domu v obci Bezděz, v systematice projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby označeného jako SO 01. Objekt SO 01 Obecní dům je dále pro účely plnění dále rozdělen na dvě samostatně oceňované části: SO 01.1 Obecní dům - bez bytové části (zahrnující prostory občanské vybavenosti v přízemí a patře, tj. společenský sál, obecní úřad a související zázemí) a SO 01.2 Obecní dům - byty (zahrnující úpravy spojené s realizací celkem 6 bytových jednotek situovaných v podkroví a patře západní přístavby). Součástí plnění je zároveň rekonstrukce zpevněných ploch v okolí objektu a odkanalizování objektu. Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky není provedení SO 02, který byl zadán v rámci jiné části veřejné zakázky v samostatném zadávacím řízení.
