Dans le cadre des travaux préparatoires à la Modernisation et l'Adaptation du Terminal 1 de l'Aéroport International Guadeloupe Maryse Condé, il faut déplacer les locaux techniques actuels situés à l'Est de l'aérogare. Ces installations techniques (CFO, CVC, RIA, AEP, local poubelle, etc.) constituent un obstacle au développement de l'aérogare sur sa façade Est. Le présent dossier concerne donc la construction d'un bâtiment technique destiné à accueillir les installations techniques de l'aéroport, y compris après l'extension du Terminal 1. Le projet prévoit la construction d'un bâtiment qui comprendra: - Un local pompes et production Eau Glacée ; - Un local poste HT ; - Un local TGBT ; - Un bureau et un sanitaire destinés au personnel ; - Une zone technique extérieure clôturée ; - Les VRD associées. Le bâtiment sera livré "vide". Le déplacement des installations techniques existantes ainsi que les nouveaux équipements ne sont pas compris dans le présent projet
