Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation des travaux anticipés (phase PRO-TA) préalables à la modernisation et l'adaptation de l'aérogare T1. Ces travaux préparent le site aux opérations principales et comprennent notamment : - l'équipement et la liaison avec le nouveau bâtiment technique (BATECH) ; - le relogement des prestataires et services aéroportuaires dont les locaux doivent être libérés, y compris l'installation et le raccordement de bâtiments modulaires provisoires (côté ville et côté piste) ; - les interventions sur les bassins d'orage / de rétention ; - les travaux de démolition ; - le dévoiement et l'adaptation des réseaux ; - les aménagements intérieurs et lots architecturaux associés (dont le projet spécifique de la pharmacie). Les travaux sont exécutés en site aéroportuaire occupé et en exploitation, avec maintien de la continuité d'activité et phasage strict Travaux TCE & Second oeuvre; VRD (Voirie et Réseaux Divers); Courants Forts / Courants Faibles; CVC / Plomberie; Bâtiments provisoires
