Description

La salle du Garon est un bâtiment communal de plain-pied d'environ 200 m² construit dans les années 70, qui accueille une association de pétanque et une salle polyvalente. Le bâtiment n'a pas reçu de rénovation majeure depuis sa mise en service. Les travaux de réhabilitation faisant l'objet du présent marché concernent la rénovation de l'enveloppe du bâtiment (façade, menuiseries, toiture), la restructuration des sanitaires extérieurs, l'installation d'une centrale photovoltaïque en toiture, l'installation d'un espace cuisine dans la salle polyvalente, la séparation distincte du fonctionnement des deux ERP et des travaux d'aménagements extérieurs. Le bâtiment sera libre de toutes occupations pendant les travaux. Le planning prévisionnel prévoit un chantier d'une durée de 6 mois à partir de mi-octobre 2026. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires
