Le contrat comporte des tranches optionnelles définies au cahier des charges. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. L'objet de la consultation est la première opération de travaux à réaliser, avec l'équipe PAW, titulaire de l'Accord-Cadre de maîtrise d'oeuvre pour le Monastère des Clarisses. L'opération, intitulée « Travaux de Sauvegarde Patrimoniale» porte sur des travaux de préservation du bâti pour interrompre les processus de dégradation majeurs qui actuellement endommagent le couvent. Le chantier touche essentiellement au « clôt-couvert » Echafaudages / Protections / Démolition / Maçonnerie pierre de taille; Charpente; Couverture (désamiantage); Menuiserie / Peinture; Vitraux / Serrurerie; Electricité / Plomberie; Voirie et Réseaux Divers
