Description

Le présent accord cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande a pour objet la réalisation de dépistages Radon dans les établissements recevant du public et mesurage Radon dans les lieux de travail. Il passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le présent marché est sans montant minimum annuel et avec un montant maximum annuel: 50 000 euro(s) HT. Il est conclu pour une période initiale d'un an à compter de la notification reconductible de manière expresse trois fois sans que la durée totale n'excède 4 ans.
