Les diagnostics comprendront notamment : - Diagnostic structurel ; - Diagnostic toiture et charpente ; - Diagnostic électricité (courants forts et courants faibles) ; - Diagnostic plomberie (eaux - sanitaires - CVC) La procédure de passation utilisée est la procédure adaptée soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2123-1 et R.2123-1 1° du Code de la Commande Publique. Il s'agit d'un marché ordinaire. Le marché s'exécutera par l'émission d'un ordre de service précisant le délai d'exécution des prestations et prescrivant le commencement d'exécution de ces derniers. Il n'est pas prévu de décomposition en lots dans la mesure où le fait d'allotir sera susceptible de rendre techniquement difficile et financièrement plus coûteuse l'exécution du marché
