L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Le contrat est susceptible d'être reconduit dans les conditions du cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. La présente consultation concerne la réalisation de diagnostics de recherche et d'analyse d'amiante, de plomb et d' HAP pour des opérations diverses menées par la Ville de Fontaine. Le titulaire devra réaliser tous les repérages, prélèvements et analyses nécessaires à la réalisation de cet objectif. Pour l'amiante, il pourra s'agir de : -Diagnostic Amiante avant démolition -Diagnostic amiante avant travaux -Réalisation du Dossier Technique Amiante (DTA) ou mise à jour du DTA
