Description

L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Suite à la décision du Conseil métropolitain de Grenoble Alpes Métropole en novembre 2017, l'accès aux déchetteries publiques est interdit aux producteurs de déchets professionnels depuis 2019. Pour répondre à ses obligations réglementaires, la ville de Fontaine lance un marché pour la gestion de ses différents flux de déchets. Afin de se conformer à ses obligations, la commune de Fontaine souhaite mettre en place un nouveau dispositif de traitement de ses déchets par la mise en place d'un marché alloti OMR des corbeilles de la Ville, emballages, encombrants, inertes, bois mélangés, cagettes en bois, végétaux, cartons, déchets des balayeuses, peintures, huiles usagées; Transport et traitement des ferrailles mélées
