Summary
Machine-generated summaryThe municipality of Eemsdelta intends to expand Campus Eemsdelta, a place where education, business and research come together, with a building called 'De Koppelplaats'. In 2015 the existing school buildings of VO Eemsdelta and MBO Noorderpoort were found no longer suitable for future-proof education, making rehousing of the schools necessary. The school boards and the municipality saw an opportunity to give both education and the region an impulse by building a new building on a joint campus. A first phase already delivered a modern school building in the Centrumzone, and this project represents the next step.

Based on 19 awards with a named winner over the last 3 years. Counted by award, not by value, because lot and framework amounts are not comparable. Concentrated means the three most frequent winners took 65% or more of the awards; many suppliers, under 35% with at least ten different winners.

As the official award notices state them, over the last 3 years. Tenders per lot count open and restricted procedures only: in a negotiated procedure or a direct award a single tender is the procedure itself. The country is the one the notice gives for the winner.
One dot per award, on the day it was signed, sized by its value. A ring is an award with no published value.
