Description
Der Gegenstand der Ausschreibung für Baumeisterarbeiten im Bereich Instandhaltung und Instandsetzung wird auf der Basis des NPK 111 (Regiearbeiten) sowie unter Anwendung der bei allen Baumeisterunternehmen zugänglichen «Kalkulationshilfen für Regiearbeiten IPB-SBV» erstellt. Ziel ist der Abschluss mehrerer Rahmenverträge für Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten im Bereich Baumeisterarbeiten gem. Teil C Leistungsbeschreibung. Die Ausschreibung umfasst sämtliche Baumeisterleistungen wie z.B.: - Baustelleneinrichtung, - Gerüste, - Baumeisteraushub, - Kanalisation im (und Ausserhalb) Gebäude, - Beton- und Stahlbetonarbeiten, - Maurerarbeiten, Aufzählung nicht abschliessend. Pro Los ist vorgesehen, mit jeweils 3 Rahmenvertragspartnern einen Rahmenvertrag abzuschliessen, um eine flexible und wirtschaftliche Umsetzung sicherzustellen.
