The buyer, based in Aachen, seeks a framework contract for the supply of loose wood pellets to heat two of its properties equipped with pellet heating systems. The estimated annual requirement is about 120 tonnes, delivered in roughly 9 deliveries over the 2-year contract term, with an option to extend for a further year. Pellets must be of quality class ENplus A1 with a 6 mm diameter, proven by a valid ENplus certificate, and delivered loose by silo vehicle and blown into the storage areas. Deliveries are made on demand within the delivery period set in the tender documents, Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 18:00, with other times possible by prior agreement. Expressions of interest, in German with a reference list covering the last three years, are due by 06.10.2026 by email with the specified subject line.
