Die Landesentwicklungsgesellschaft Thüringen mbH (LEG Thüringen), nachfolgend „Auftraggeber (AG)“ genannt, beabsichtigt, einen Rahmenvertrag mit einem qualifizierten Dienstleister über die bedarfsgerechte Bereitstellung gastronomischer Leistungen im Rahmen von Veranstaltungen, Konferenzen, Workshops sowie weiteren geschäftlichen Anlässen. Die Leistungserbringung erfolgt veranstaltungsbezogen auf Grundlage von Einzelabrufen des Auftraggebers. Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt den Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages über die bedarfsgerechte Erbringung von Catering- und damit zusammenhängenden gastronomischen Leistungen für Veranstaltungen, Konferenzen, Workshops und sonstige geschäftliche Anlässe. Die Leistungen werden während der Vertragslaufzeit veranstaltungsbezogen durch Einzelaufträge abgerufen. Mit dem jeweiligen Einzelabruf bestimmt der Auftraggeber insbesondere: - Veranstaltungstag und Veranstaltungsort, - Beginn und Ende der Veranstaltung, - voraussichtliche Teilnehmerzahl, - das bzw. die gewünschten Leistungspakete, - gegebenenfalls erforderliche vegetarische oder vegane Varianten, - den Zeitpunkt bzw. die Zeitpunkte der Bereitstellung, - sonstige in dieser Leistungsbeschreibung vorgesehene Wahlmöglichkeiten. Die Teilnehmerzahl beträgt regelmäßig zwischen ca. 20 und 180 Personen. Die Veranstaltungen finden regelmäßig im Zeitraum zwischen 9:00 Uhr und 17:00 Uhr statt. Hierbei handelt es sich lediglich um Orientierungswerte; ein Anspruch des Auftragnehmers auf eine bestimmte Zahl von Einzelabrufen oder Teilnehmern wird hierdurch nicht begründet. Die Einzelaufträge werden zu den Bedingungen des Rahmenvertrags erteilt. Leistungen, die vom Leistungsgegenstand dieses Rahmenvertrags nicht umfasst sind, sind nicht Gegenstand eines Einzelabrufs aus dieser Rahmenvereinbarung. Einzelheiten, die nach Maßgabe des Rahmenvertrags lediglich einer Konkretisierung im Einzelabruf zugänglich sind oder die funktional vom Leistungsgegenstand umfasst sind und deren Art und Umfang bereits in den Vergabeunterlagen vorgesehen sind, können zwischen Auftraggeber und Auftragnehmer organisatorisch abgestimmt werden bzw. nach Maßgabe der hierfür im Rahmenvertrag festgelegten Bedingungen abgerufen werden. Der Rahmenvertrag wird fest für eine Vertragsdauer von zwei Jahren geschlossen.
