Complexity includes site clearance, site remodelling, utility alterations, a bus turning circle and detailed phasing. All units must achieve Secured by Design and Lifetime Homes accreditation, EPC Rating 'A', and BIM Level 2 delivery. Planning application LA11/2022/0681/F was submitted in June 2022. The contract lasts approximately 24 months from award, with works scheduled to start in March 2027 and ITT documentation issued in December 2026.
