Provision of Water Quality Management Services (including Legionella Risk Assessments and Risk Assessment Reviews)

South Lanarkshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to deliver a Water Quality Management Service, including Legionella Risk Assessments and Risk Assessment Reviews. The service also includes water sampling, together with the collection and transportation of samples to an appropriate accredited laboratory. The purpose of the contract is to ensure compliance with the Health and Safety Executive's Approved Code of Practice L8 and associated guidance, and to support the Council in meeting its statutory and regulatory obligations relating to water hygiene and the management of Legionella risk.
