Early Learning and Childcare - South Lanarkshire Council Procured Service Arrangement

South Lanarkshire Council in Scotland is establishing an early learning and childcare Procured Service Arrangement (PSA). Parents and guardians choose the provider, so the council is using an innovative PSA under the Light Touch Rules in Regulations 74 to 76 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Providers of funded early learning and childcare may join by submitting a tender. They will be appointed if they can demonstrate compliance with the National Standard, the law, applicable guidance and council procedural requirements, and if they accept the council's set rates for funded hours.
