The buyer is inviting three companies (ICON DYNAMICS IATRIKA MICHANIMATA I.K.E., SOLMED I.K.E. and INTRAHEALTH E.P.E.) to submit written offers in a negotiated procedure without prior publication. The contract covers the supply of a cryostat/magnet vessel needed to restore the operation of the MRI scanner. Only the three invited companies may bid, by submitting written offers in accordance with the procedure described.
