This procurement concerns the supply of information technology equipment and office automation software. The buyer will purchase eight desktop computers and nine monitors with an integrated web camera and speakers, one laptop computer, one online storage device, and two hard disks. The scope also covers office automation software programmes. All quantities are specified in the tender documents, and the equipment and software are to be delivered as a single supply covering both the hardware items listed and the office automation programmes described in the notice.
