πρόσκληση για υπηρεσίες διαμονής είκοσι πέντε (25) προσώπων σε ξενοδοχείο στην περιοχή της Αθήνας, σε δωμάτια για μονόκλινη χρήση, με παροχή πρωϊνού, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των προβλεπόμενων επιβαρύνσεων διαμονής (φόρος κλιματικής αλλαγής ανά δωμάτιο και ανά διανυκτέρευση), για το διάστημα 12/10-15/10 - σύνολο εβδομήντα (70) διανυκτερεύσεις πρόσκληση για υπηρεσίες ενοικίασης κατάλληλης συνεδριακής αίθουσας και τη σχετική διαμόρφωσή της, ώστε να εξυπηρετηθούν οι εργασίες των διοργανώσεων, οι συναντήσεις και οι λοιπές ανάγκες φιλοξενίας των συμμετεχόντων στις ημερομηνίες 13 και 14 Οκτωβρίου πρόσκληση για υπηρεσίες επιμέλειας και εκτύπωσης των πρακτικών του συνεδρίου της 14ης Οκτωβρίου 2026 Πρόσκληση για παροχή υπηρεσιών κράτησης αεροπορικών εισιτηρίων μετάβασης και επσιτροφής για είκοσι πέντε (25) πρόσωπα με προορισμό την Αθήνα για τις ανάγκες διοργάνωσης εκδηλώσεων στο πλαίσιο δράσης Small Grant στις 13 και 14 Οκτωβρίου πρόσκληση για υπηρεσίες διερμηνείας και η ενοικίαση μεταφραστικού εξοπλισμού για όλη τη διάρκεια του συνεδρίου της 14ης Οκτωβρίου 2026 πρόσκληση για υπηρεσίες εστίασης καθ΄ όλη τη διάρκεια των διοργανώσεων περιλαμβάνουν διαλείμματα καφέ, ελαφρά εδέσματα και μεσημεριανά γεύματα (lunch buffet) στις ημερομηνίες 13 και 14 Οκτωβρίου πρόσκληση για υπηρεσίες επιμέλειας και εκτύπωσης της Έκθεσης της ΕΕΔΑ για την Τεχνητή Νοημοσύνη και τα ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα πρόσκληση για υπηρεσίες βιντεοσκόπησης και φωτογραφικής κάλυψης του συνεδρίου της 14ης Οκτωβρίου 2026
