The contract covers the repair of two air conditioning units in a building, restoring them to full working order. The works include replacing an inverter fan motor for the C3 circuit (large condenser), fan modules for the second inverter fan on the C1 circuit and the first inverter fan on the C2 circuit (small condensers), mounting bases for the C3 circuit fans, an expansion valve with coil for the C4 circuit, and fan blades for the inverter fans of the C3 circuit.
