L’objecte d’aquest contracte és el Projecte de condicionament de l’accés i serveis a les pletes velles. Es tracta d’un camí de muntanya amb un pendent pronunciat, actualment impracticable per al pas de vehicles. La masia de les Pletes Velles no disposa de servei bàsic com és l’aigua potable ni té connexió a la fibra òptica, no obstant, aquests serveis, per sort es troben propers a l’inici d’aquest camí. Aquest camí, actualment es troba en molt mal estat de conservació, fent inviable el pas de vehicles i a més presenta un fort pendent. Per aquests motius es proposa la pavimentació del camí amb una capa de formigó que permeti el pas a tot tipus de vehicles. La masia de les Pletes Velles no disposa de cap servei bàsic. Atès que la xarxa d’aigua municipal es troba a tocar de l’inici del camí, a l’intersecció amb el camí de les Camarulles i passa el mateix amb la xarxa troncal de fibra òptica, es proposa fer arribar aquests serveis bàsics fins a la masia, transcorreguent soterradament i paral·lelament al nou paviment de formigó.
