Předmětem veřejné zakázky je poskytnutí kompletních služeb a servisu spojených s přípravou, zajištěním a organizací řádného průběhu Svatomartinské konference (dále jen „konference“), která se uskuteční v sídle zadavatele v Brně, a s ní souvisejícího společenského večera v prostorech Foyer Janáčkova divadla (jen „Galavečer“), zejména zajištění elektronické registrace účastníků konference (předpoklad - 150 osob), výběr účastnického konferenčního poplatku, organizace konference, zajištění tlumočení a technického vybavení pro on-line přenos, pořízení fotodokumentace, cateringové služby, příprava a zajištění prostoru pro konání Galavečera, ubytovací služby pro vybrané přednášející (předpoklad - 10 osob), přeprava vybraných přednášejících na místo konání a zpět (předpoklad - 5 osob). Zadavatel si vyhradil možnost na uplatnění vyhrazené změny závazku dle § 100 odst. 3 zákona na poskytnutí nových služeb spočívajících v opakování obdobných služeb jako v této veřejné zakázce, a to vůči vybranému dodavateli této veřejné zakázky.
